How to Post a Job
Posting a Job
- To post a job listingClick here or click the Post Job button that can be seen on the home page and other places throughout Joblet.
- Fill out the job listing information on the page.
- To enhance your listing, you have the option to upload your company’s logo.
- Other sections of the job posting section are required.
Qualifications
- Qualifications are skills or experience which a candidate must have to be considered for your job.
- At least one qualification is required for each listing.
- Click the green icon to add additional qualifications to a listing.
Budget
- You have the option to set a spending limit for each job you post.
- Even if you do not set a budget, you can close your job listing at anytime to prevent overspending.
Starting Listings
- We confirm and approve each listing before they are shown online.
- Listings are generally approved on the same business day.
When You Get an Applicant
Receiving Applications
- When someone applies for your job, we will send you an e-mail notice.
- Job listings are charged on a per-applicant basis. Prices start at ¥2,900 with discounts for campaigns and special promotions.
- Click the link provided via email or login to Joblet.jp to confirm each applicant’s details. You will be able to view the entire profile and resume submitted by the applicant.
- Afterwards, contact the applicant directly using the contact details provided in their profile and schedule an interview!
- Please be sure contact the applicant within a week.
Rejecting an Applicant
- When you receive an applicant who does not meet your minimum qualifications, you have 24 hours from first viewing their application to reject them. There is no charge for rejected applicants.
- On the applicant rejection page, you must select or add at least one qualification which the applicant is lacking. See the Qualifications section above for more details.
- When applicants are rejected we send the rejected applicant an automatic rejection notification message by e-mail that informs them of the reason they were rejected. You can add an additional message to this rejection notification as well.
- We monitor rejection rates across all job listings and companies to prevent abuse.
Company Tour
- The Company Tour is additional photos and messages which are shown beneath each of your job listings to give applicants more information about your company.
- You can create and manage your company tour by logging in to your Joblet Employer page.
- Company Tours are completely free.
- There are no limits to the amount of photos and text in your company tour.
How to Close a Job
- You can close your listing online at any time.
- To close your listing, login to your Joblet employer page and go to My Jobs. Then click the Close link beside your job title.
- You can also click the Reopen link at any time to publish your job again.
Pricing Structure
Our rates vary depending on the position's advertised salary.

Example:
With an advertised yearly salary range of 4,200,000 yen to 5,400,000 yen, the average monthly salary would be:
(4200000+5400000÷2)
÷12 Months
=400,000 yen
This job listing would fall under the Experienced rate of 4,900 yen per qualified applicant.
- When posting a job listing, just type the salary and the price will be shown automatically.
Payment
Select Invoice Preference
- Joblet invoices can be delivered online or sent through postal mail.
- To set your preference, login to your Joblet Employer page and click the Change link beside Invoicing Preferences in the Accounting section on the right side of the page.
Payment Schedule
- Invoices are sent on the 10th of the month for the previous month’s charges. Payments are due on the 10th of the following month.
- Example:
You receive job applicants between March 1st and March 31st. We invoice for your charges on April 10th. Payment is due on May 10th.
How to Pay
- We offer two payment options. You can pay via bank transfer or online by credit card via PayPal. Please note that you are responsible for bank transfer fees.
- For payment details, login to your Joblet Employer page and click view accounting details. Details are on the following page.
- You can pay online via PayPal by clicking the Pay by Paypal link in the accounting section.
