Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication skills are essential. Appropriate related professional work or volunteer experience of at least 1 year is highly desirable. Knowledge of/experience with standardized educational and military testing programs is highly desirable. Knowledge of/experience with AF terminology, office procedures, and education programs plus familiarity/facility with WINDOWS XP or NT, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access is required.
