We are looking to expand our pool of Market Research Analysts to join us on long-term contracts or ad-hoc projects. Based in Japan and adopting “work from home” arrangement, potential candidates will be trained and be competent in conducting full independent research. Providing highly analytical and insightful market reports referred to by major MNCs for strategic planning and execution.
For this role the analyst will be expected to:
- Acquire and analyze data on the consumer goods market in the Japan via both primary (in-depth interviews) and secondary research;
- Forecast future consumer goods market trends, changes and developments;
- Build research contacts through in-depth interviewing and follow-up;
- Develop regional expertise especially in issues such as consumer behaviour, market trends, economic climate etc;
- Engage in data calculations and estimations to develop market data;
The potential candidate will have;

At least a degree

Fluent in Japanese and business level in English

Strong analytical and numerical abilities

Able to commit at least 20-30hours/week,

Able to work from home and independently

Fresh graduates with strong academic background and interest in Market Research or in FMCG industry will be considered.
Japan citizens and PR holders preferred
