Minimum 3 years experience in a project management position within a Multi-lingual Vendor or within a globalization/localization department of a multinational CompanyMinimum 2 years experience in a junior PM position• Strong computer skills including PC and proficiency and familiarity with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet and CAT tools.• Knowledge and experience with Localization Industry trends and technologies• Ability to work within a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and peers discussing improvements, solving problems, and following through with implementing solutions• Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills• Commercial, negotiating and financial skills to control costs and maximize profitability• Proactive and solution driven, results-oriented• Ability to diagnose process and transform to add value• Skills for Project planning and P/L management• Adaptable and flexible to changing work environment• Fluent Japanese and English

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Manager will consistently meet or exceed client expectations by ensuring exceptional service, quality and cost efficiency on every project. Working with multiple clients, managing client relationships and managing a broad spectrum of resources, under the supervision of an SPM or the BU Manager, the PM will be expected to deliver translation requirements/targets.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years experience in a project management position within a Multi-lingual Vendor or within a globalization/localization department of a multinational Company
OR Minimum 2 years experience in a junior PM position
